1. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CryptoDraw. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet recovery phrase. We are not responsible for any loss of funds due to lost or stolen recovery phrases.

2. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawal Condition: You can only withdraw funds or use your winnings balance to buy tickets after you have successfully referred 3 friends who have each made a purchase. This is a one-time requirement to unlock full wallet functionality.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed manually and may be subject to review. We reserve the right to delay or reject any transaction that appears suspicious.

3. Use of Funds and Prizes

The company reserves the right to engage in trading activities with the funds deposited by users. This strategy is employed to generate revenue that sustains the prize pools and operational costs of the platform.

In the event of trading losses incurred by the company, the prize for a won round may not be awarded. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Our liability in such cases is limited to the ticket price paid by the user for that specific round.

4. Prohibited Activities

Any false, fraudulent, or irregular activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts, using automated scripts, or attempting to manipulate the draw system.

If we detect any such activity, your account will be permanently blocked. Any and all funds in the account, including deposits and winnings, will be forfeited and will not be returned.

5. Limitation of Liability

CryptoDraw is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. By using our service, you agree that the company is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app, beyond the refund of a ticket price in specific circumstances outlined herein.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
